Ski Camp

Adaptive Adventures, Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation, Steamboat Powdercats, and Access Anything hosted Steamboat’s first adaptive ski camp in March 2006 for people with disabilities. We welcomed 22 people with disabilities to Steamboat, including several recent veterans from Iraq, and several Gulf War and Vietnam Veterans. In all, we had 9 monoskiers, 2 visually impaired skiers, several amputees, and a host of guest instructors and volunteers from around the country. Camp Includes:
Lodging, 2 meals/day, skis if needed, instruction and improvement tools (video replay), welcome banquet, and 1 full day of backcountry skiing with Steamboat Powdercats.
