 We spent nearly 3 weeks in Hawaii in September/October 2006 for our Honeymoon and loved every nano-minute of it! We were pleased to find that access is improving slowly but surely, and we were able to do most of the activities we wanted to including hiking to a waterfall and swimming in it (most are indeed inaccessible), ocean swimming, Pearl Harbor, a dinner sunset cruise, a catamaran snorkeling trip, tons of scenic drives, an ATV ride, a luau, volcano viewing from foot, volcano and waterfall viewing from a helicopter, sea kayaking, swimming with the dolphins, and of course, tons of lounging by the pool!
